This policy explains what information the Laps of Honor website (lapsofhonor.org) collects and how it is used. Laps of Honor is a program of the United States Veterans Corps (USVC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 45-4196778).

What we collect

This site has no forms. We collect only what you choose to send us by email or phone, such as your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details and message. We do not ask for payment or card details on this site.

Donations

Donate buttons take you to the United States Veterans Corps’s own donation page. Donations are processed by USVC and its payment provider, not by this website, and are covered by USVC’s policies.

How we use your information

To answer your message and follow up about racing, volunteering or sponsorship. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the United States Veterans Corps and the people who run Laps of Honor events, as needed to respond to you.

Hosting, embeds and cookies

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect it. YouTube videos and Google Maps load only when you click them, and those services then apply their own privacy policies. This site does not use advertising cookies.
